Chuck Reid's company built Holland-based CityFlats Hotel, a LEED Gold-certified hotel that also has a restaurant on the top floor and a bar off the lobby. HOLLAND — At the grand opening of CityFlats Hotel, Chuck Reid's father had a discussion with the Holland mayor about how Reid's being let go from his teaching job was the best thing that could have happened to his son.
